See if u want ur certificates ...u can contact the college / university stating ur problem and can get it by post /courier

to ur address

it will cost u some amount .....probably less than what u  r offering here....

My frnd did the same thing.......she contactd the authorities at college and got her certificates.

she had to pay through a demand draft .

No college will hand over ur earned certificates to a stranger.

dont take that risk.
