Can u tell me the areas in Nice I should aviod and where I should not rent out a house? Please help me out french ppl:)

The best places in Nice (look for these names in blue on the map below):

-Terron, la Lanterne, Caucade (West)

-The area around the " boulevard de Cimiez" from the Arena down to Blvd Carabacel, but not Pasteur ! (North-East)

-Saint Pancrace (North)

-Downtown; 2 blocks North and 2 blocks south of Blvd Victor Hugo, and also the "golden square"  (the area between rue de France, Place Massena, avenue de Verdun  and the Promenade (sea front Blvd)

-Area east of the marina (port) east of Nice (between Blvd Franck Pilatte and Blvd Mont Boron)

Places to avoid:

-Les Moulins (north of airport )

-Area around the main train station (gare Nice Ville)

-Pasteur, Roquebillière, Saint Roch, Bon Voyage and l'Ariane (East of Nice , along the Paillon River !)

Nice is build along the sea at the foot of several hills...which are the most expensive places to be !
