Hello, I am an Apartment Manager, I take care of 5 bldgs, in the S. area of SD. (11 Yrs) I have 60 apts in each bldg, I do my job very well, it's my Employers that are Slacking, they delay repairs, until it's a major problem, I handle complaints very well, but to have some PROBLEM TENANTS...... Some Tenants are Great, others think that they can do better, & give unwanted or unasked for advice... I was just wondering, how is your apt. manager, doing at their job & do their Employers slack off too, & DELAY or Ignore many Important Repairs?? SOUND OFF! I am Very Good At My Job... & Yes, I Have A Full Active Life outside of the job. Most of my tenants Appreciate my hard work, as my employers are rewarded by letters & phone calls of my good reports & I receive Raises & Bonus's. Surprisingly, it's very Easy to Ignore the problem tenants!!!! (as this usually pisses them off) but it's how I Roll..... (a couple of tenants have tried to get me Fired). But, it's all Good!

  1. Hi,

live in a building, new york.

apartment managers are not so good, but i think it's mostly due to the owners who are a publicly traded company.

    the owners suck.

thankfully, i haven't encountered the problems that other tenants have, some of whom have had nightmare experiences here.

where's south dakota?  lol, i wanna live in your care!

  2. I live in an APT in Ann Arbor. I LOVE it and I love the management. They are awesome and friendly and I am 100% happy with the place.
