I want to plan a trip for my son and I he will be turning 16 next Dec 2009. So I have a year to save and do research. This is his Birthday present. My grandparents were born in PR, and I would really like to take in as much as we can. Are there any all inclusive resorts? Any info is great, Thank You

  1. I just booked my trip today! I got some great deals by shopping around. I have a studio room at the Hyatt Resort in Dorado for only $99 per night. I found that Delta and Jet Blue had the cheapest flights www.kayak.com Look in to that resort or Embassy Suites in Dorado which was only $149.

I've been to PR before. Don't go to the Caribe Hilton...leaky ceiling and hole in the shower's ceiling. They couldn't get me a new room.  Old San Juan and El Yunque are must sees.

  2. There is one or two all inclusive resorts in PR but they are a bit expensive, maybe you could check normal hotels.

  3. if you have all that time to plan. you can rent a condo, studio, or room for the time you'll be there by doing a craigslist.org search. i'm planning of going and going to rent a place for 400 a month in front of the beach.

  4. Puerto Rico is a beautiful place and to know about the charter business there, you can have a look at the news and articles and the listings that are given in the http://puertoricocharters.com Puerto Rico Charters for reference. The directory helps you in solving your problems related to business search in Puerto Rico and gives you useful information about the city…

    Thanks!!

  5. Hello. There is only one all-inclusive resort in PR. Its called the Copamarina Resort in Southern PR. It is pretty expensive. I would really sugest just going to a regular hotel or resort. The food at the hotels is usually expensive but PR has an abundance of cheap priced restaurants & roadside kiosks that actually sell really good food. Actually its part of the experience. If you want to 'take it all in' you need to indulge in everything. Eat local food & maybe even go to a festival, salsa dancing, a pigroast or a cockfight. You can also see some great sights like Old San Juan & the historic el Morro Fort. You can go to el Yunque rainforest & swim in waterfalls or visit Rio Camuy Caves & Arecibo Telescope. If you want to see a Tano Indian Park then check out Tibes in Ponce or Caguana in Utuado. Ponce is a nice city to check out also. The best beaches are on Culebra & Vieques islands. Your son can do any type of watersport or outdoor activity he an imagine. Watch this video for more ideas. ENJOY :)
