What city requires recycling? What is the outcome? Are people adapting more envirometally friendly routines throughout their life because of the decree? Are large corperations benefitting from the materials being reused? Do they pay for the materials, or are they paid? I am writing a paper and need examples of cities that require recycling. Please include any and all effects of the law going into effect.
