Physically, in the present, mentally, depends where my focus is.

I try to live my life as a now.  The past is done, the future yet unformed and now is all we have.  A good past is made up of good nows.  Live in the present make it the best you can and you can form a life that you can be happy with.  Blessed be.

i think we all try to live for the future, but we live in the present with regrets, feelings, and expriences from the past. so in a way i think we all live in all three

we live in the present because no matter where or when you go its always present if you make time machine and go to past its present but you could try to change what you see as in see into past or future but you could never live in past or future cause its always present.

I believe we can only 'live' in the present.

We can remember or be nostalgic about the past and dream of the future as a reason not to experience the 'now'.

The present is where we truly exist.

well, some people believe the past is all you had to hold onto because the present simply becomes the past within a split second.

I might like to try to depend on the niether of the....Okay I live int the present.  Maybe the past sometimes I really think about the future.
