  5. Yes I do. It preserves my dignity and spares others from inadvertently seeing unpleasant sights.

  6. Ummm, If you have a closet thing inside the bathroom next to the door, You  can close the bathroom door and then open the closet door right in front of the bathroo door.

  7. I only close my door when taking a dump. when I shower I leave it open I have my own master bedroom that's why.

  8. just ask your family/guests for privacy and there is no need for  a lock

  9. I do a lot actually.

  10. No never.

I don't even shut the bathroom door.

  11. Most bathroom doors open inward to the bathroom. Until you can get the lock fixed you might try using a wedge shapped door stop that you can wedge between the bathroom floor and the bottom of the door for privacy. OR you might make a sign to put on the outside of the door that reads; "IF CLOSED, PLEASE KNOCK & RESPECT PRIVACY!"

P.S. Make sure that YOU control your own door stop!

  12. when there is guest over

  13. no,,   that means i would have to shut the door
