Do you look your age?

Question

I`m 32 small and thin (petite) and I`m always told I don`t look my age. People say I only look about 22. I do take this as a complement but sometimes I find it hard to connect with people more my age because they see me as younger. Anyone out there that doesn't look their age and have the same problem?

Mid-thirties, but get mistaken for someone 5-10 years younger. Sometimes, I think it helps, if you look younger, to try & act maturer than you are to make up for the difference.

Not at all I'm 51 years young, I get mistaken for anything between 30 and 42.  Anyone is shocked to find out I'm 51.  However.....If I've had a big weekend I look older probably dehydration!  When i go out on weekend and wear my hair down & Jeans etc. I look younger than when I go to work as i wear it up and corporate suits.

Anyway Age is all about Attitude & I have plenty of that!!  I feel 36 and attract people male & female between 18 and 60.  Trust me when u get older it will pay off. Cheers

Yes, I'm almost 40, and most people think I'm 30.  When I was a teen, I looked older, but now that I'm older, I look younger.  I even got carded for cigarettes a few months ago because the woman thought I looked 27.  To answer your question, I've never had a problem with connecting to people my age, as I had always hung out with older people anyway.  Trust me, looking younger is not a problem.

yes some people who dont know me say im 18 or 19. when im really 25. it sometimes gets me mad when im at a bar and they look at my id and look at it and me back and forth a few times.

People say I look young for my age. The most common response is like 19 or 20. I'm 23. Sometimes I get the occasional 16 or 17, but I also get people who think I look my age. Overall, people do think I look younger. Most of the time I don't mind it. I'm sorry you have a hard time connecting with people your age :( I have the opposite problem, I get along with older people a lot better than younger. I think I'm an old soul like that...It's just some girls my age seem so immature.

i do im 26 i'll be 27 on the 18th but i get stopped from time to time because cops think im skipping school i still look like a teen. lol its a little irritating but i deal

you know, funny you should say that. im the same. i soooo dont look my age. im 24 but people say i look 20. i even get younger guys hitting on me. aint that something. i love to be me. :)

I know how you feel.  I went back to uni as a mature student, age 31, and one of the students thought I was 22!!!  They didn't seem to think I knew any more about the world than they did!  Then again, students know everything don't they?!?!?  Plus my mum still thinks I'm 10 years old!!!

nO, i dON'T LOOK MY AGE EITHER.

My Father's ancestors used to live near the Mountains, Los Andes, Where the air was fresh and clean...; now me, beginning my 20's I preserved my  self in alcohol for about 6 years.

Now, used the age and the experience that you have, to connect with younger generations ; your own gen, who cares, they don't steak their attention for enough time to care...!!!
