do you lose fat or muscle first when you exercise when you burn 500 calories a day(the normal and healthy way) which will I lose first when I exercise I weight lift every other day so i want look strong and be strong and be skinny so plz tell me which I will lose first doing healthy exercise

  1. you will lose fat but don't expect to lose a lot when you are first starting out. you will gain muscle so don't think you are getting bigger

    you are just losing weight but gaining muscle tone at the same time
