Do you lose your no claims bonus if your car has been set on fire?

I have got 6yrs NCB and im with Hastings Direct.

  1. No: You don't generally lose all of your no claims bonus, but you will lose a percentage of it: This should be laid out in your policy documentation, but if you call Hastings, they'll tell you.

    If you have paid extra on your policy to protect your "no claims" element then you will not lose it.
