I respect and honour her as a hard working woman who believes in what she does and will be upset when she is no longer with us, but love her? no, not at all.

i'm not english just british so i dont know if i count answering this qustion, but i will anyway lol.

i respect her because she does charity work and a lot of history, but I dont see the point of royalty. she's never had a real job yet we pay taxes for her and her corgies to live in a palace.

I wouldn't go so far as to call it love, but I feel respect and affection for her, and I think she does a very good job.

Not really, but I think she has the hardest job in the world as she's had to give up her life to fulfil the role of "Monarch" - a transcendant position much larger than one person or generation.  She is probably the best ever.  I am Canadian, and she is the Queen of Canada, constitutionally and in my grateful opinion.  In fact, she has seen much more of Canada than almost any Canadian has.

Of course, I can't say I love her, then I feel I should address her with "Darling." But she is an amazing woman and carries out her duties with great dignity and dedication. I can't stand all those negative remarks about her. Please be civilised for once.

some people do and some don't. it really depends. i know we're a small country and everything, but it doesn't mean that we all have the same opinions.

some people love how she represents our country and history and some people think she's just a stupid old lady.

you can't say 'the english love the queen' because you can't brand a whole nation of people with one opinion. although from my personal experience, most people i have come across are pretty apathetic about the queen, as am i :)
