Love coffee and during my working career drank 15 to 20 mugs per day. Never had bad effects except it did raise blood pressure a few points. . As a retiree am down to 4 to 6 cups but still love the taste, the jolt it gives to the system and it's a great waker upper.

Yes, the flavored coffees are great like the french vanilla and it sounds good right about now.. think i'll go make some. (I don't drink it as much as i used to getting knocked up)

I used to.  Maybe the equivalent of a pot a weekday.  Less on

weekends.  Now I have 2 cups in the morning and that is it,

except when it is cold outside and we go out to eat.

Occasionally on Sunday I will have a third cup while I am

reading the Sunday paper.

I love Iced Coffee from Starbucks and a hot cup of coffee on occasion.  It's fun to drink! (Community Coffee is the best)
