I enjoyed them, but I wouldn't say I loved them. And I definitely wouldn't say they're my favorite books. They're entertaining, but they're not necessarily good books. Honestly, I don't think Stephanie Meyer is a great author. She can write decent, entertaining books, but I don't think they deserve all of the attention they get. As an avid reader, I can honestly say there are much better books and series out there. And there are certainly much better authors.

When it gets down to it, Stephanie Meyer is no J.K. Rowling, and the Twilight books are no Harry Potter. And it's kind of ridiculous to make any comparison between the two.

LOVE???! That is a major understatement! I was in love with the Harry Potter books for 7 years. I picked up twilight one day at barnes and noble when i was in 6th grade and i fell in love instantly! Edward is so amazing and Stephanie Meyer made it so you were able to relate to the characters! She is marvelous writer and I can't wait for Midnight Sun to come out!! This series is my absolute favorite(minus New Moon because there was too much Jacob not enough Edward). Twilight Rules!

-GO TEAM EDWARD!- Oh and I have read Breaking Dawn a total of six times already. I couldn't put it down! I even have this button that says I was bitten by breaking dawn! breaking dawn was my fave! It was always really upsetting realizing that the characters aren't real. I always feel like I am Bella when i read the books. or i am jacob when i read from his POV it's hard sometimes realizing it's all fiction

i cryed when the twilight series was over

i didnt know what to expect when i started it this summer but i finished the first three books in a week and went to the bd release party from 930 to 200 in the morning.

i dont think people get more obsessed than this

whenever i see the name edward/bella/jacob/alice/rosalie...(and many more) i get soo excited and butterflies come to my stomach

the books are soo good and brought me sooo much happiness! ive read all the books twice and im not done yet...

I did like it.  Although, when I was finished with the first book I felt really depressed for some reason.  Like the characters were like SO REAL!  Well, real personalities ;].  But yeah.. I pretty much liked 'em. =]

Yes! I love how the girls in that series always need to be paired off to be considered halfway decent. And what about the idea of having a baby being essential to your fairy story ending? Absolute brilliance. Oh, and another one: I just love reading loads and loads of purple prose about Edward Cullen. After the 120th description in the same book about his perfect and gorgeous looks, I still never get tired! It is in no way boring at all, and Bella is just so special. I wish I was her. It's so unfair that she gets to live with a cold, dead and abusive man forever and ever :(
