Do you love to hear people compliment your tattoos (you know maybe we are out numbering the haters after all)?

I'm not vein or anything seriously , but I'm prowd of my ink , , i have had people who i don't even know stop whilst passing me just to compliment me on my ink and ask me about it , i love to talk abot my ink :) and have met some great friends who also love tattoos

(take this haters , i have also noticed that the people who say 'ewwww you will regrett that when you are 80 , are usually 60 year old plus 'stuck back in the day people' too )

(my faith in human nature is moderatley restored lol)

I have never had someone ome up to and say something bad about them.I get the rude looks but no comments.Everyone young and old come up to me and say how bright and beautiful they are.I have no problem having people come up and asking me about them.I have passed allot of my artist cards out lol

Yes I get compliments all the time on mine, heck my one cousin didn't even know about my tattoo until recently.

No, I don't run into many 'haters'. But I DO run into a lot of tattoo lovers, because of my ink. Everybody wants some eye-poppin' skin art, it seems.

I love my tats. I will always love them . I got my first one 31 years ago and my most recent in July. Why would age change what I like about them?

I don't mind it. I mean, that's what you get when you get tattoos in visable areas, but the number one reason i got them was for me. The admiration from the spectators is amusing, and i usually take that as a chance to recruit another person to the "dark side". My husband and i get it a lot when we go out because we are both heavily tattoo'd with brightly colored pieces in very visable areas so it kinda turns you into something that gets stared at. At times i find it annoying, but what kills me is when people try to touch them. I'm such a germaphobe with it comes to strangers, so when a random person just grabs your arm and begins turning it about to look at the ink it takes a lot to keep me from growling at it. It's call PERSONAL SPACE people!!! :) Lookies, but no touchies!

Of course I do. People who are not into it will never understand so I ignore stupid comments bc they have no clue what they are talking about. I made sure to put mine someplace that would not be an embarrassment to me at any point. It's really up to the wearer. I prefer having mine in a place where I can control who sees it. It's on my upper thigh.

For some reason, people love my tattoo's. No haters yet. My tattoo's are pretty positive and I can describe what they mean and how they correspond to my life. For instance, I have a yin yang on my chest area where my heart is. With 4 chinese symbols with the 4 elements "Fire,Water, Air, Earth" going around the yin yang. When people ask, I say "the yin yang represent balance to the universe and personally my body and the 4 elements are the things that are essential to life"

i have a friends sister that hates one of my tatt.'s because it don't look right to her but i keep telling her that is the way i liked it off of the flash and didn't want to change a d**n thing.  i know she just got her first one and still new to the whole tattoo thing.  

all i got to say is when im 90 ill sit there happy on what i did because i didn't spend the money of illegal drugs that got put threw the sewer pipes.  got to have some thing to last a life time than clothing that will be out of fashion and thrown away in less than 5 years.  also i feel less naked with ink too.

its in a cool spot, which people compliment.

it kinda sucks though, cuz after i got mine,

a whoooooooooooooooole lot of people started getting

one in that spot, let alone the SAME tattoo!

im still proud that i had it first though ;)
