Do you male teens enjoy walking around naked?

I like eating naked,

Watching TV Naked

Sleeping naked

Lifting weights naled,etc.

Naked is the way to be calm, relaxed and natural.  Doing as many things as possible this way makes life more satisfying.  When we're wearing clothes we are under pressure to play the role that is consistent with the clothes we are wearing.  Even a fairly easy role as in jeans and Tshirt; It's still a role and when the clothes come off  we can stop playing the role.

I'm no longer a teen, but I think that it works about the same way for all of us.

I know I do, yesterday I was naked for about 6 or 7 hours until my parents came home from work. Every chance I'm naked until I have to get dressed.

Life is much better when experienced in the nude.

I'm not male and I'm a few years past my teens, but I also prefer doing everything I can while naked.  In fact, I'm naked right now!
