i think in reality measuring either a man or a woman by their friends or accomlishments is crazy... it doesn't give anything at all. it actually scrutinize the true inside of a person...

Well friends bad habits can rub off on you.  Accomplishments are made by the ability of what you can accomplish.  But friends can encourage you to do well.  But by the days standards bases itself on what we learne as a child.

Its a tricky question

I would say with the accomplishments we can measure the Mental aspect of a man and a woman.

and with the friends circle they keep we can measure the Emotional aspect of a man and a woman.

I would say probably both.  People like to be around those who are like them.  So two people who are into making things happen would probably be friends as opposed to one person who is like that being friends with one who is lazy.  This by no means specific to everyone though.
