I'm sorry if that may sound a little queerish for the guys, but I mean do you think football has become just a tad bit less exciting than it used to be? I still enjoy football but I don't watch it as much as I used to.

  1. Michael Who? I don't miss him at all.I think he is in the best place and football is doing just fine without him.

  2. Michael Who? oooo you mean the murder, The only thing I feel so bad is that he din't get enought time in prision he should be the for life and never come out, better than that he should be wet and give him electric shocks maybe that way he will be even, a person like that never should be miss only devil could miss him, he is nothing,

  3. Actually I found the NFL with him in the league was a bit too predictable. Here it was when he played. Vick takes the snap looks left looks right no one open Vick takes off gets tackled for about a six yard gain. Next Vick takes the snap looks left, fires a bullet through the hands of his reciever, commentater would then say "Vick needs to learn to have a touch pass in this game", he's still a good one though

    blah blah blah.

Dont miss him really, he was a great qb dont misquote me, he still had allot of learning to do but he also had the time to do it until he made that horrible choice..

  4. As a scrambler, yes.  But he was a terrible passer, he had no accuracy, no touch and often hung his retrievers, er sorry recievers out to dry.  He will have a job in the CFL as soon as he gets out though, there is no longer a deal between the CFL and NFL that keeps suspended players from playing up there.

  5. Vick. Talented, yes, however, better than average QB, not great. Does the man deserve to be in prison, NO! People who commit crimes against OTHER PEOPLE walk the streets every day. Back to your question, as much as Brett Favre may think, the NFL is actually bigger than any one player.

  6. Not really. The Falcons were insignificant with him and they'll continue to be insignificant without him. He'll be back as a slot receiver or something when he gets finished serving his tim.

  7. Yeah so do his dogs those poor things.

  8. He was fun to watch but that does not translate into a "Get Out of Jail Free" card.  For the clearly forgetful, he bankrolled the dog fighting and participated in the decision making to kill dogs who didn't fight well or were so hurt that they could not fight again.

It wasn't like there was any doubt about it either.  He plead "Guilty."

People hurting people is one thing, but hurting animals and children is just plain evil.

  9. Vick was exciting, but he was not always doing what was best for his team, or football, on the field.  Having the ability to run is maximized when it is a THREAT, not overused. When overused against world class speed in the NFL, it becomes a curse.  Carmichael overused it, and could never get the Eagles over the hump, as athletic as he was.  Young and Elway were top foot speed QBs, but it wasn't their running ability, as much as the THREAT of their running ability, that caused defenders those millisecond moments of indecision when they each rolled out, that led to open receivers and pinpoint passes - that in turn led to Super Bowl victories for each of them.

  10. no, i don't miss him a bit, and neither do his dogs.

  11. NO

  12. not with AP in the NFL

  13. Yeah, I missed having a fast QB when im playing madden.

  14. yeah i liked him as a qb i hope he gets back in if adam jones did i think he will.

  15. He was the best player PERIOD.

I do not care that he was dogfighting. Whatever hedoes is not my business. People shoot deer with guns and don't get arrested. Mike Vick was not killing dogs. He let dogs kill each other, which is how nature intened it to be.

People are glad he is gone since he was so powerful. They were scared he was going to eat ther team alive. Now they are hppy he's gone.

Are you happy an NFL legend is gone? Mike Vick is like a hero to me. Thank you, America.
