  5. Sometimes, but my childhood wasn't "lollipops and rainbows" either.

  6. I'm 63 now and I miss it more than ever.

  7. :::sigh:::: sometimes.  Not for TV but for lots of other things.  Didn't have to worry so much, Mom and Dad did that.  Could look forward to summer vacation.  Holidays, wow all the fun of anticipation without the responsibility.  Visiting relatives who were farmers.  Being able to jump on my bike and take off for the whole day, something I couldn't let my kids do.

  8. no not at all, i am a kid at heart!

  9. More than anything.

I'm only 16 years old, a kid to many people..but I do know I'm not.

I miss the lack of responsibilities, not worrying about what was going on with the word (gas to drive, money for clothes, good grades for school). When you were a kid everything and anything just kind of comes natually to you.

You could make a best  friend in first grade without having to be anyone else but yourself, it didn't matter what clothes you wore, what kind of car you had (or your parents had), what you looked like, or where you lived. Everything was normal, fine, and the world was just a better place to be.

You didn't have to worry about how many calories you ate everyday, study until 3AM for semester exams (example of the less responsibilities), everyone respected you, and you had the whole world to look up to.

Being a kid was amazing and I'll never forget it - it was one of the best times of my life. Except high school. Haha.

But honestly - I miss it just because there's more to life than what you  see and what you do, but who you are. And that's what being a kid was about.

  10. No.  People colour the past.

  11. Sometimes, I have to say I miss a lot more than just television though! I miss those Christmas Eves when I couldn't sleep from excitement, going to the beach with my family, playing games with my sisters, birthday parties, etc. I prefer being an adult though, it's nice having all this freedom!

  12. um, i'm fourteen, so not really sure if i'll miss being a kid. i'm guessing that i'll miss the luxury of being young and not old and fat, but i definitely won't miss being controlled by people who think that they're better than me. and i am NOT a stereotypical teenager who drinks or smokes and whatever. i would just relish the oppertunity to be treated like a human. so, to answer your question, i might or might not miss being a kid. also, TV is very awesome, i have to say.

  13. yes and no
