  2. as long as you have 1 at home and your not using them simoultaniously then you dont need 1 but need to declare it.

  3. We have car TV and so long as the car is registered to the house that the TV license is registered to you are covered.

  5. yes but as the car is registered to your home address you are covered by your home licence.

    if you donot have a tv licence covering you home then you are at risk in your motor.

    if you do plan on watching the tv in your car without a lisence move your car every 10min

    This mucks up the signal trace from the tracking vans, they have to prove a 10 minuet constant viewing on 2 occasions for the court to accept (they normally record 10 min wait 5 then record another 10 thus giving 2 occasions.

  6. if you have a house one then it covers portable TVs, including car TV's.

  7. You do need a license.

    If you (note not your parents) have a license at home then you can have a portable (I think defined as battery powered and therefore applies to your car TV) TV elsewhere.
