yeah its communications degree... my gf just got hers and she wants to work in baseball somewhere.. but just get that and show lots of confidence in what u do and im sure ull land the job of your dreams.

Yes that would be a plus, its not what you know in some cases , its who you know to get you in. You see alot of player or coaches sons or daughters in the front office, because they learn up under someone. But the degree depends on your job with the team , it may be marketing, it maybe business, it may be accounting, mass communications. go online to NBA.com and go to any team website, and click on front office an then look at the person bio. it will tell you how they got that positon. HOPE THAT HELPED
