yes, but if you have your own country drive licence it's ok. But if you have not you can't. It doesen't depend on company. But if you want to visit rome is cheaper the tube or the buses, because rome is a trafficated city.

You need a drive licence for all the scooters, also for less than 50 cm2

i dont know about that but you should definetly get some health insurance and a good crash helmet!

yes, the driver licence of the car, in italy to control if you have the driver licence.  good travel in Italy the scooter  very fantastic

In Italy, you don't need a driver license for small scooters, with engines below 50 cubic centimeters.

They won't get you far, but they're OK for moving in the city center.
