No, Its really unlikely they could ever make people get a license to breed them because they will just do that thereselves and they probally should make people get a license to sell but they dont. Im not trying to say anything against people selling reptiles i am selling a snake right now. I just think you should have to have a license because you have too many people not knowing what they are doing when they are selling and some are lying about the reptiles size so when you finally get it in the mail you may not have room for a huge reptile when you were expecting a 4 inch-3 ft baby or whatever. If that happened then they could get there license removed. They currently dont have any laws to breeding and selling except by age im pretty sure in some places.

  3. No license is needed.. But both ball pythons and leopard geckos are extremely common and not worth much unless you are breeding for specific morphs- like bumblebee or mojave balls, for example.

  4. No. But I honestly wish there was. It would prevent careless and needless breeding.
