Do you need a license to ride a moped when my license was suspended for a DUI?

I know it requires a license if it reaches a certain speed but can i even get the license if the moped i choose to ride requires it at all?

suspended  means all licenses are suspended. Check with your DMV and see what they tell you. You will have to go there anyway.
