  1. If you're a US citizen, you need a passport to get back into the US.


  2. Yes now that the Government is getting stronger policy's against immigration laws you must have a valid passport to enter the United States. You may go anywhere you want to but to get back in you have to have documentation.

It DEPENDS on HOW you are traveling.  If you FLY to and from Mexico, you must have a passport.  If you are travelling by LAND or SEA, you do not need a passport until after SUMMER 2008.  See website below and read top half of the page for the CURRENT info.  To travel by land or sea to and from Mexico , you need your certified birth certificate and a picture I.D.  See 2nd website for al passport info...good ide to get one as they will be needed for all foreign travel within a few months.

  6. well if u want to get in the USA well u don't need a passport until January 23 if your traveling by land  for all us citizens including children under 18. if your traveling by air, you will need a passport to enter the USA.
