  1. Passports are NOT needed for LAND travel to and from Mexico until June 2009.  See site below to see that you need  photo I.D. and a proof of citizenship...EITHER a passport OR a birth certificate.


  2. Yes.. i think.. it was enforced This year........so i wouldn't take any chances.... get informed 1st.... bu ti do think... u need
