  1. You need a passport to enter any country - unless you live in england and then you can go to wales or scotland without one.

  2. Legally, yes.

  3. Yes. And you may need a Visa too.

You should contact the Albanian embassy.

  4. Go to the central local Post Office, they will give you the paperwork to fill out to get a passport and you will have it in about a month...

What could possibly be an explanation as to how you are going to fly internationally and not need a passport?  hate to come off like a prick, but... wow, I mean, wow.

  5. Are you serious? of course you need a Passport to enter ANY country in the world with some exceptions here and there

well, like Arabian Gulf citizens (not residents) where they only need ID to enter one of the GCC (their 6 countries)

maybe there's other countries which is the same but I don't know about.

  6. Yes, unless you are Albanian and can prove it.

  7. Only if you ever want to leave Albania.

  8. You need a passport to fly from one part of UK to another part of UK

So the answer must be YES

  9. Of Course That Yes

  10. sorry are you aware  that exiting the usa on any international flight requires a valid visa and valid passport  if ther host country  requires it  and albania sure does

  11. Assuming you're an American, and I imagine you are for various reasons, the information is available at travel.state.gov under Country Specific Information. http://travel.state.gov/travel/cis_pa_tw...

Among various other things it notes:

ENTRY AND EXIT REQUIREMENTS:  A passport is required.  All travelers entering or exiting Albania must have six months or more validity on their passport. Customs officers strictly enforce this law. A traveler does not have to obtain a visa prior to entering Albania .  An entry stamp will be issued at the point of entry that is valid for a stay of up to 90 days for a fee of ten Euros, or the equivalent in any easily convertible currency, including U.S. dollars.

  12. Why of course not... it's ONLY a FOREIGN COUNTRY... and a former Soviet Bloc country at that... as an AmeriKan you should be able to go there with just your voter's registration card.  Of course, if you fly back to the U.S. you WILL need a passport just to GET BACK INTO THE U.S.
