  1. From where?  As in, where are you starting, and where is your passport/citizenship from?

  2. Yes

  3. Yes you do if you aren´t a citizen of any European Union member country! If you are from UK at least an identity card is needed. I have travelled through Europe and live in a EU country, but have always showed my passport at the customs.

To be on the safe side, why not ask a travel agency.

Hope you will make it to France/Belgium! Have a nice trip!

  4. UUUUuuuuuummmmmmmmmmmm in a word YES, you can't leave the UK without without photo identity or a passport

So if you don't have one you aren't going there ;-)

  5. does nobody use google anymore ???

  6. Coming from England, I assume (Blackpool in your nickname) you need a passport but not a visa. Just formal national identification (not just any photographic ID like for travel within UK) will do.

    Hope that helps.

  7. Yes you'll need to get a passport.

Whilst EU members can travel to the UK with an ID card, the UK (despite it being in the media on multiple occasions) doesn't have an ID card system (and a driving licence despite having a photo doesn't classify as an ID card).

Therefore a passport is your only option to get to mainland Europe

  8. YES... you need a passport to travel to ANY foreign country.

  9. Yes you do x
