i have alot of stuff i want to get rid of and i dont know if i need a permit or not

some require that you do and some don't

it just depends on your local muncipality  

the twon i live in all that they require is you take down all signs after the sale and make the signs are not on telphone poles

whil a community south of me they require a permit  that costs $15
