  1. NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. no

  3. I am in another country so can only offer suggestions from how it is here, but have found that if you are under the radar and no one has complained then it is best to let things lie as they are as once you open the door to  permits then you find you have restrictions placed on you as to how many hours you can ride.

My sons track at this stage has not come under attention but many others I know have had their riding time on theirs either reduced to ridiculous hours or told they cannot ride at all.

So I would just be aware that riding at dawn or later at night and having 100 friends over is most likely going to draw attention to you and then you just open the door for heaps of other stuff.  If you get caught just claim ignorance to the rules.

  4. yea if ur in town but if your out in the country and below the noise limit than your fine. you could always go up to the city building to find out if ur still unsure but as long as your far enough away from town than you don't need one.

  5. no as long as you are below the noise limit
