Do you need a permit to Solicate at College Football Games?

I am a college Student at Big 10 College. I was just curious to all those Business people out there, if I need a permit to sell Bottles of Water at the college home games?

They are VERY particular about concessions sales at major sporting events.  The universities within the Big10 usually have contracts with either Coke or Pepsi stating that the other will not be sold or distributed in any form.  They also keep a sharp inventory - the Big10 venue I work at even counts cups - because they need to know how much was sold.  I'm pretty sure the bottles would get confiscated from you along with your earnings.

  3. Yes, you do need a permit to sell anything inside a stadium. You are better off contacting the school, and they can let you know what to do.
