Do you need a permit to hold a bennifit concert at a park?

The concert is during the day and we have everything planned but we have no idea if we will need a permit or not. if you think we do how do we get one?? respond asap

yes call a city official to get one because if you don't you may get arrested

Call parks and rec and explain your situation. They will give you the go ahead or explain how you can get it.

You absolutely need one. Call your city building. Mayors office..they will tell you what you need. If the park is out of the city limits call the county courthouse.
