I know someone who has had a child and is unsure of her paternity, it is between 2 men, which are brothers... We are wondering if she would need a certain type of DNA test to define which is the father...? These brothers have the same mother and father also...

  1. No, they can use the same DNA test as with anyone.  The two brothers only share about 50% of their DNA, so the test will be able to distinguish between them.  This is, of course, unless the brothers are identical twins, then a DNA test won't work at all!
