  4. No, you can use a "postage paid" envelope if you post by Royal Mail. There are also many other delivery companies that do not require stamps. No matter what you always have to pay though.

    but anyway, if you did send a letter to the queen, it would never reach her, and she also has a team of sensors, like they had in the war, to check they are safe.

    i commoner difinatly wounld probably not get one in, but a peer might.

    a person with a knight hood will, i know that, all KBE's are freinds of the queen and the royal family.

    lords aswell might, but maybe not the lord for life.
