Do you need a visa if one of your flight stops are in Abu Dhabi?

I am going to fly from finland to philippines. I have 2 stops which is germany and abu dhabi then destination to philippines. I am wondering if i need to have a visa to take a flight from abu dhabi to manila,philippines . I have a philippine passport but a resident in finland.

No, u don't have to have a visa to layover or stay in Abu Dhabi. I have been there and they give u a 45 day visa if u are there visiting.

Yes, you need a visa if you intend on going out in public. Otherwise, no, a visa is not necessary.

no not at all i dont think u need a visa just 4 a stop and this is the responsibility of the airways agency that they provide u a hotel to stay in for the stop

As long as you do not leave the transit area, you do not need a visa.

As a Philippine passport holder your finnish residence will only have an effect in Germany. In the UAE you need a transit visa in case you want to leave the transit area. Transit visas (96 hrs) can be applied for at Airlines operating in the UAE.
