  1. Australia and America have a visa waiver agreement allowing a tourist stay for up to 72 days without the need for a visa.


  2. Go to the site below for official correct info.  There is a link there so you can apply for an ETA...electronic visa. Read the section under "Entry Requirements."

  3. I visited there in 1997 and was told that a visa wasn't necessary if your holiday was less than 3 months. However, check with your travel agent as things may have changed after 9/11.

  7. I was told I needed one before I went a few years ago, but I never got one, and didn't have any issues. They just stamped my passport.
