Well, it would be better to play it safe and have him get a travel visa for him to stay more than 90 days in the country.  BUT i know someone who was doing that over in Hungry.  He would travel abroad for awhile and then come back to Hungry and he worked there, but under the table... It would be best to get the travel visa though...

    I stayed in Europe for 4 months, but I had a Europass as well and my passport stamped on numberous times... when I was at the airport leaving back to the states, i had my passport removed from me and was interegated by the people at the airport about how i got about and had to show them my europass, pain in the butt, but i was being honest and did travel around and didnt stay in england for 3mo.


  2. Completely impossible to answer your question unless you give your nationality I am afraid. We have different rules depending on where you have citizenship of.

    Citizens of some countries can move to Ireland for the rest of their life for example!
