Do you need a waiver for having fibrocystic breast to join the army?

I just have cysts they don't hurt at all, I've had them for a while and they haven't gotton any bigger. my doctor said lots of females my age (17) have them so its not abnormal like cancer or tumors or something. should I even bother telling them? when I join in a couple months I will be 18.

If they aren't symptomatic (e.g. pain), do not interfere with the wearing of the uniform or protective equipment, don't require extensive treatment or have a high potential for malignancy, they aren't disqualifying. However, do mention it and do bring a copy of your physician's report with you. The source below is the medical standard.
