I don't know, but they sure seem to know a lot about make up don't they? At the same time, if you go in and ask the same question to a different sales person, they will all give you a different answer. I noticed that today.

No. I had a friend that worked there and she had no experince.

Probably just basic knowlegde of makeup. They most likely train you and you learn as you go.
