Do you need good credit to order things off tv?

i don't have good credit but i do have a mastercard bank card. so am i safe to assume they will allow you to purchase even in installments as long as they have your information?

  1. What you need is a credit card (unless they accept COD or check) to buy something off TV.  They don't care about your credit since they are being paid instantly by your credit card.  It is your credit card company that cares about your credit since they are the ones loaning you money.

    It is no different than buying something at the store using a credit card.  As long as they get the money before you receive the product they don't care what your credit looks like.


  2. Well the company you're ordering TV from has no idea what your credit is like...they just want to know that you can pay. Since you plan on using your credit card...they could care less. Installments just means they'll just keep charging your card the monthly amount for x amount of months until they've charged you for the full price of the TV.
