Everything on the roads of Pennsylvania with a motor needs insurance.  This is *NOT* true in all states.  I moved from Pennsylvania to Colorado, and I don't need a motorcycle endorsement on my license or insurance for my scooter.  If I moved back to Pennsylvania, I would need to get these QUICK!

yes, every state requires you to have registered and insurance on all vehicle going on the road. scooter insurance is really cheap and total coverage usually runs you around 120 a year for full coverage
