Do you need more than one diploma to enter uni?

Question

Am going to be studying a first diploma in btec media. Then i will move on to studying media second dimploma. So in college i will be studying one subject only. I was wondering whether i would need more than one subject to enter university. Or the main question is can i actually get into university by doing btec levels in media or would i need A levels?

I was told the A levels are actually very essential in uni but am getting really mixed up as i did want to study more than one subject but then i was told that doing more than one subject would take alot of time.

A btec level 3 gives you enough ucas points to get into uni, but i doubt the best arround

BTEC Nationals have UCAS tariff points equivalent to A Levels
