No. I can still buy them and i'm well past 40. Maybe in some states, but as a Walmart policy, I'm not aware of it.

No! You can buy fish anywhere at any age! Ever since I was 10 I have been buying fish at Petco which has a way better selection and quality! You can't always trust Walmart.

No! But I personally would not recommend buying fish from Walmart because I & many others I know, have boughten sick fish from their stores. I have gotten fish with ick and other diseases, I just don't think that they take very good care of them there. I have bought fish from many other places, numerous times and had no problems. Go to your local pet store is my advice!

They dont have a age limit to buy fish at Wal-Mart. I hate the way they treat fishes in Wal Mart especially the betta's.
