  1. I'm pretty sure it would be illegal to discriminate someone based on race when entering a school, so I would say yes..

  2. No.  The call them HISTORICALLY Black for that reason.  My best friend is white and has a degree from Howard.

It is illegal to only accept people of one race.  My cousin's daughter (who is white) also went to a HBCU

  3. no i don't believe you need to be black... but heres a website from an HBCU...there is a white girl in the pic...but you can call and ask..

    http://www.fvsu.edu/

    hopes this helps...Good Luck

  4. noooo of course u dont need to be. that would be discrimination

the college is just going to be mostly black students, but i really dont think it would stop any other races from attending.

  5. careful, african americans dont want to be called black anymore. it somehow became offensive. in 10 years they'll drop the americans and just want to be called africans. silly world, but its true.
