  3. Any citizen of any country can come to Canada as long as they meet the requirements of Immigration Canada to enter.

  4. If you do not have a criminal record you can visit Canada regardless of your nationality...everyone is welcome.

No, but depending on your citizenship, you may or may not need a visa.  If you are a legal permanent resident of the U.S. ( a green card holdera), you may visit Canada without a visa.  See site below and scroll down to section on "Visitor Visa Exemptions."  Then read the 2nd paragraph.  If you are NOT a green card holder in the U.S., use the upper part of that page to see if you need a visa or not to enter Canada.

  6. Citizens from most countries can enter Canada, but many need visas.  That is the main thing you have to check.  Go to the link the previous poster gave you and it should give you all the  information you need.
