  1. Ipod touch doesn't have gps. GPS is hardware which ipod doesn't have. What ipod can do is finding your current location, which is different form having gps.

    Most easy to understand, finding your current location only implies the ipod asking the wifi server where is it, process that info and showing it to you.

    I hope I was clear. =)
