Do you need to consent to Bunjee Jump?

My friends and I are to six flags and want to do the thrill shot ride and I was curious if you had to fill out any papers or need consent from a guaridan or something to do it?

if you are under age 18 parents consent is needed unless you have proclamation papers with you. if you over 18 you have to sign o waiver of rights thus giving total trust to the operator.
