i always cook my meat filling first it gives you the opertunity to drain any fluids off of it (which causes soggy bread yuck!) the hot meat also helps melt the cheese.

Easy pannini

ipre heat my george forman grill spray it with  butter no stick spray lay the bread flat spoon in the filling put cheese on top add top layer of bread close the lid and wait.

by making your fillings in advance you can easilly store them in plastic bowls and have pannini anytime you like.

some of my favorites are steak and cheese with mushrooms. breakfast pannini with  eggs and sausage.

also like turkey bell pepper and swiss.

Yes, yes yes, cook the meat first.  Depending on you type of meat, cook it until the you have it right for you.  I often cook sirloin steaks, 5 minutes each side on a medium hot pan.  Then I let it sit for 15 minutes before cutting it to let the juices stay in the steak.  I will place the meat on the bread, top with cheese, add the accent such as mustard, etc. and place on panini maker.  The best is to follow the above, use blue cheese and lots of sauteed onions.  Great french style panini.  If blue cheese and onions not your thing, try using a good swiss style cheese like gruyere or emmentaler or regular swiss.  Hope you enjoy it!!!!

Yes. Then put it on the bread, add the cheese and place it in the oven. Yummy!

Yes, the steak should be cooked first. Brown the meat in pan first and then put the hot meat into the panini. The sandwich will not be in the pan or panini maker long enough to get the meat cooked.

in italia, panini is a s/w with various types of filling usaually at the most two, unlike in the US which is just overfilled with ...............

take a thin slice of steak cook two minutes each side, fill in between the bread and put some chesse ...............
