I worked 5x a week and do abs each of those days plus cardio. but i was wondering if need to eat right in order to get a six pack. i mean i dont eat like junk all the time but do i need to eat super healthy with my workout schedule or will it still come over a couple months? i mean i just need to lose about 20 lbs and im good but its mostly in the stomach / sides. and im a 17 year old male if it matters but i doubt it.
