Question:

Do you need to enclose Part C of the EMA application if you haven't needed to fill it in?

I didn't need that filled in on my application and I couldn't find anywhere where it said if I had to fill it on or not, the form didn't state, it just said don't fill it in, not whether to send or not, I guess logically no but you know how these things work crazy sometimes.

  1. You need to fill it in if your parents/carers receive benefits OR you are living independently unless you have an E2E declaration in which case you only need to fill in part A (This is only for E2E learners).

    If you don't need to fill it in then you don't need to send it.
