Do you need to fill out customs forms like USPS when you ship UPS internationally?

I want to ship internationally but I cant decide whether to us USPS or UPS. I know USPS has those annoying customs forms you have to fill out online or at the post office. I was just wondering if you had to do the same for UPS? Thanks!

  1. Yeah.  They all require it.  You need 3 copies of a commercial invoice (you can download off the internet or from UPS directly).  The invoice is going to state the items, quantity, description, value, etc.

Aside from that, you will only need the UPS airbill. If you don't do this, it will get held/delayed.  UPS will complete the form for you, but they will charge you about $20-$25 to complete the paperwork for you.
